We pack and ship your order within 24-48 hours after your purchase.  Most of our items include Free Standard Shipping which takes 3-5 business days to arrive; we also offer rush shipping on all items at a discounted rate..

Upon order shipment, we will provide you with tracking number, and shipping partner name as well as up-to-date email alerts in regards to your shipment for your convenience and peace of mind.

We do offer international shipping at a discounted rate; however the customs process is your responsibility; we will assist in completing any paperwork or special shipping instructions you or your customs agent gives us to help expedite the process, free of charge.

Big Overstock insures every package shipped to you for it’s full retail value against carrier damage, partial loss and total loss at no extra charge to you.  The claims process varies depending on shipping company but in general takes about 3-7 business days for claims resolution and covers your entire purchase. In case of damage please do expect to hold the damaged item until claim closure and eventual Refund or Replacement.

We do our best to answer all product related questions, however, technical and specific use questions of an item should be researched at manufacturer's website, online blogs and online manuals directly.  We receive thousands of items weekly from our Retail Partners with the intent of clearing out overstock warehouse inventory at great prices. It is an impossible task to familiarize ourselves with every product, and thus would be unfair to pretend to be experts in any.  Look for the Manufacturer Name in all of our listings to aid you in any research necessary to your specific needs.

90% of our products are Brand New In-Box, however we do also deal in Store Display Demos, Open-Box, & Used Store Returns; please read  verify condition description within each product listing before purchase. Further if you have any questions about a particular product do contact us, we will be glad to assist you.

We do test Open Box, Store Display Demos and Used Store Returns for functionality, damage, description and Power-On functions before listing items for sale.  Brand New Items are not opened due to being new, never used items backed by Big Overstock and Manufacturer’s Warranty.



We guarantee all of our products functionality upon delivery as well as 15 days thereafter against; product not as described, product mis-categorized, non functioning and/or dead on arrival.  Most products sold on our website also come with a 90-180 day manufacturer warranty. Excludes accessories.

Your satisfaction is what keep us in business, our returns policy is simple: returns within 15 days of delivery are on us!  Simply contact us to report the problem and we will gladly issue you a return shipping label along with exchange item tracking number or Refund Receipt.

You may cancel, add to or change your order within 24 hours or prior to item shipment, whichever comes first.  We cannot cancel or change a shipment once it has been handed over to shipping partner but you may choose to return and change the item after it is delivered to you at your expense plus a 15% restocking fee.
